Leaving + Arriving

I am currently on my flight to the Reagan Airport at Washington, D.C.
Yesterday at Denny's, I finally told my cousin and friend that I am going to finish my undergraduate studies back in my home-state.
They expressed their desire to hang out with me this summer at an L.A. gay club. (Haha!)
Then at the library, my friend and I chatted in a study room. We mostly talked about how we should never give up on our dreams as long as we're breathing.
At six-thirty at night, I received phone calls from my mother while I was calling Uber.
After I failed to answer her phone calls, she texted me a very angry message. (Ouch!)
Thank goodness my friend quickly left me as soon as I told him about my mother's bad mood.
On my way back home, I had my last Uber ride with a nurse as my driver.
We talked about my studies as a computer engineering major, and my previous dream of becoming a neurosurgeon.
She reminds me of my mother because both of them wanted their daughters to become nurses.
When I arrived back at my aunt and uncle's house around seven, I rearranged my things in the garage so that I can find whatever's necessary to bring back home in the luggages and boxes.
On the following day, I decided to fall asleep around one in the morning instead of finishing my packing.
At around six-thirty, I received another mad phone call from my mom. (Oops. You can guess why she called.)
Before I left the house, I received a Christmas present from my little cousin, and gifted some things to my other three cousins.
After I left the house, the shuttle picked up some UCR students near the campus.
I chatted with the first girl that hopped onto the bus. After I told her that I am an out-of-state student, she told me that her friend attends a college at my home state. (Wow!)
While going to the airport, I also chatted with a British girl who wants to become a model through my Whisper app. She was appreciative of the advice I was giving her. Also, she was curious to know if I want to become a model. (Haha.)
Once I arrived at the airport, I opened my Christmas present. It was a package of three coloring books with crayons, and I loved it.
I'm almost home.
I can't wait to hear my mom yell at me for leaving my phone charger behind. (If she ever finds out.)
